Cancellation/ Refund Policy

At Kind Clean, we understand that life happens. We strive to offer flexibility while also respecting the time and commitment of our cleaning professionals.  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% service charge and as an act of good faith Kind Clean will hold this as credit towards another booking of the same service or used towards a deep cleaning.  Booking for cleaning service must be made within 14 days of original cleaning date confirmed for credit to apply.

  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.  

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll return to make it right — at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are generally not issued, but credit may be offered toward a future cleaning if resolution isn't possible.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Payments for services already completed are non-refundable.

  • Deposits (if required for larger jobs/ quotes for services such as decluttering, green space & floral designs) are non-refundable if cancelled less than time stipulated upon acceptance of quote provided. Kind Clean reserves the right to request and receive full payment prior to starting a job or project.

Weather or Emergency Exceptions

  • We do our best to accommodate weather delays or emergencies with kindness and flexibility.
