Booking & Scheduling

Q: Do you offer a meeting before the first cleaning?
A: Yes! We offer and recommend a virtual meeting, and face to face meeting (for bigger jobs and deep cleaning) before your first cleaning. This gives us a chance to walk through your home, understand your needs, answer any questions, and make sure we’re fully aligned on what to expect. It’s our way of building trust and ensuring a smooth, tailored experience from day one.

Q: How do I book a cleaning service with Kind Clean?
A: You can book online through our website by email.  Someone will call you back or email to schedule a consultation.  Choose your preferred date, time, and service, and we’ll confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: Yes! We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate all our clients efficiently.  For full details please read our Cancellation/ Refund Policy  .

Q: What if I cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice?
A: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee (see our Cancellation/ Refund Policy  for full details).

Services & Cleaning

Q: What types of cleaning do you offer?
A: We provide regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom packages tailored to your space and needs.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
A: Nope! We bring our own eco-friendly products and equipment. If you prefer us to use your equipment and cleaning products (as some clients do), just let us know during your booking.

Q: Can I leave my pet out while you clean?

A: We love our furry (and feathered!) friends, and we're happy to work in homes with pets. To ensure a smooth and stress-free clean for everyone, we kindly ask that pets are secured or introduced to us ahead of time — especially if they’re curious or anxious around new people or equipment. Our goal is to keep your pets safe and stress free while making your sparkle.

Q: Are your products safe for pets and kids?
A: Yes. We use gentle and  eco-conscious products that are safe for families and pets.

Q: Will the same cleaner come every time?
A: We do our best to maintain consistency with your cleaner. If someone new needs to fill in, we’ll notify you in advance.

During the Clean

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
A: It’s completely up to you. Many clients prefer to leave a key or provide access instructions, but you're welcome to be home if you’d like.

Q: How long will the cleaning take?
A: It depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
A: Your satisfaction matters. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Payments & Policies

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning?
A: We accept credit cards, e-transfer, and online payment at time of booking.

Q: Are there contracts or obligations?
A: Not at all. You can book one-time or recurring services as needed—no commitments required.

Q: Do you offer discounts for recurring cleans?
A: Yes! Ask us about our bundle pricing for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services.

Tipping​​
Q: Should I tip the cleaner?

A:Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated if you feel your cleaner went above and beyond. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.
