2 Bedroom (751-1,000 sq ft) $359+

3 Bedroom (1001- 1,600 sq ft) $439+

4 Bedroom (1,601- 2,000 sq ft) $505+

5 Bedroom (2,001- 2,500 sq ft) $554+

Disclaimer: Prices may fluctuate and do not include finished basements and reflect cleaning of main floors only - first and second floor of house where applicable. All MI/MO will require consultation prior to job commencing. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure preferred date and time can be accommodated. We will do our best to accommodate shorter notices.

Wiping inside and outside of cabinets and drawers

Cleaning & Sanitizing inside and outside of refrigerator (must be emptied)

Cleaning inside and outside of oven and stovetop

Cleaning behind appliances (if appliances are moved in advance)

*Appliances such as stoves and fridge or large furniture exceeding 25LB will not be moved to clean under or behind. If appliance/ furniture is moved Kind Clean will clean behind and floors of space occupied by appliance/ furniture.

Bathroom

Deep clean & Sanitizing of toilets (inside and out)

Deep Clean & Sanitize sinks, tubs, and showers (Clean disinfect surface mold and mildew surface build up)

Disinfection of all bathroom surfaces

Clean and polished mirrors

Wipe down & Disinfect vanity and cabinets (inside if empty)

All Living Area

Dusting of all surfaces, ledges, and baseboards

Vacuuming

Mopping & Sanitizing of all hard flooring

Cleaning & Sanitizing of interior window panes & sills

Cleaning Interior Window tracks

Removal of cobwebs & debris

Clean baseboards and spot clean walls of light scuffing and marks

Wipe down & Sanitizing of doors, handles, and light switches

Cleaning of closets, shelves, inside cabinets, drawers of built-ins (if empty)

Remove garbage

Clean and disinfect inside of windows (remove surface level mold buildup)
